Hi, the Design Academy in Eindhoven works together with the Technical University Eindhoven, for the study Industrial Design (almost completely english btw), but depending on how much interest you have in technical and management aspects of Industrial Designing, you might want to consider one of the full design courses at the Design Academy Eindhoven, as they focus more on the design, and the study I did focussed a lot on the technical part as well.

About the how to thing, it would be quite good I think, but not for me- as the time passed I have started using After Effects, and now I can pretty much create the stuff you did (The avatar i wanted the explaination to was 3D strokes and some StarGlow, right?).
